On the website victorycasinocruises you can buy your tickets for boarding and food. Lots of options! It's free parking there 13$ to board, $15 if you buy the dining ahead of time online and 17.50$ of you buy it there in person. And Sunday noon to 6 and also a 7 to midnight.
Monday thru Thursday second shift is 7pm to midnight. Monday thru Saturday they go out 11am to 4pm for the day shift.
